A2: For warranty service, send the product to RISE-LITE. All shipping charges must be pre-paid. If the requested repairs or service (including parts replacement) are within the terms of this warranty, RISE-LITE will pay return shipping charges only to a designated point in the contract. If the entire product is sent, it must be shipped in its original package with all of its original accessories.
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

A7: We offer warm, natural and cool white with color temperatures measured in Kelvin (K) with UL/CUL listed. The lower the color temperature is, the warmer the light given by the LED. but with DLC listed, just have 5700K.
Warm white = 2700K-3200K
Natural white = 4000K-5000K
Cool white = 5000K-6500K
